"Plenty of options to check out"
I was actually surprised by how much there was to choose from. It was easy to browse around and find things I liked. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for options.

"Looks good, but didn’t meet my standards"
At first glance, it looked really nice, which is why I was excited to use it. But after just a few uses, it started to feel kind of cheap. I’m not expecting anything super high-end, but I do have a basic standard for quality, and this just didn’t quite meet it for me.

Well... I had to return one item, it went smoother than I thought it would. The refund took a few days to show up, but support got back to me quickly. Not perfect, but overall it was good enough.

"Pretty good deal for the price"
I ordered from sopoly.com and, overall, I am happy with it. The prices were better than a few other sites I looked at, and the item turned out to be decent quality for what I paid. Shipping was not super fast, but it was not awful either. I would give it 5 stars if the updates had been a little clearer, but for the price, I really cannot complain too much. I would probably buy from them again.

"Delivery was fine, but the updates were lacking"
I ordered from sopoly.com and the package did eventually arrive, so I can’t really complain too much. But the tracking was literally so slow to update that I had no idea when it was actually going to show up.
It ended up coming a couple days later than expected, but thankfully nothing was damaged. Overall, it was just an okay experience for me, though I do wish the delivery info had been clearer.

I might be a little impatient when it comes to waiting on orders, but this has been way too long. My package still hasn’t arrived, and it’s frustrating.

"Support responded fast"
I had a small issue with my order, so I messaged sopoly.com support. my snap judgment was that it might take forever, but they got back to me quickly and explained what was going on. It got sorted without a bunch of back and forth, which I really appreciated. Nice when a site actually replies fast.

"Packaging was a letdown!!"
I was disappointed when my order showed up. It came in this flimsy thin box with barely any padding inside, and the corners were all crushed. One of the items looked like it had been bouncing around the whole time!! I expected better, but the packaging was just really poor.

"sizing was way off for me"
i ordered my regular size, but it fit so strangely. it was tight in one area and loose in another, so the whole thing just felt off. the size chart didn’t really help either. i ended up returning it and probably won’t order again.
